The Phillips/May Corporation is a dedicated team of professionals that are cooperative and solution oriented in providing construction services.  When there is an issue that needs attention, our staff will always offer positive alternatives that are sensitive to both schedule and budget.  We are problem solvers. This attitude has resulted in the continuing business relationships within the Dallas and Fort Worth Metroplex, with both major public and private sectors of business.  These relationships include the City of Dallas, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), Dallas Independent School District (DISD), The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Parkland Health System and AT&T.  This philosophy has resulted in a reputation of a corporation that is “easy to do business with” .

 

We take extreme pride in the benefits we bring to each project—an experienced and knowledgeable staff.  A large portion of the staff has many years of longevity with Phillips/May.  This expertise is carried from the team in the field to the management professionals at the corporate office that work together to achieve the goals of our clients.  This team also includes the dedicated resources of our subcontractor team that provide continuing services to our projects.  We also take pride in fostering and mentoring minority-subcontracting firms to help build our base of subcontractors from which to choose support for our varied projects.  This team allows us to achieve our clients project needs on time, within the budget established and to the specifications of the clients design professionals.  This team is supported by the latest technology available to the construction industry.
