Love Field Airport– Demolition and Make Ready
Phillips/May is demolishing structures for the expansion of the new Love Field Airport. The expansion will increase efficiency for travelers and maintain the convenience to downtown Dallas that Love Field currently offers passengers. The east concourse and west pedestrian bridge of the original concourses will be demolished, including all utilities, while the main lobby space will be retained. This lobby space is the symbolic heart of the terminal complex and is a vital part of the passenger processing operation. During this aggressive rebuilding project, PMC is constructing new parking lots for patrons’ future. Coordination with existing airlines during this demolition project is a high priority.
