Phillips/May Corporation, a Dallas-based general construction company, was founded in 1990.
Founding the company on traditional construction values, our two principals, Gilbert May and Gil Phillips, formed Phillips/May to provide interior finish-out services. Since then, our company has evolved into a full-service general construction firm. We have experience in all aspects of construction and have grown to be a multifaceted company with the ability to provide services that include general construction, indefinite delivery construction, job order contracting, guaranteed maximum price, construction management at risk, and design/build.
