This ground-up project included a combination of a police station, fire station, and administration offices for the City of Lancaster.
Lancaster SENIOR CENTER AND COMMUNITY PARK
A one-story building consisted of masonry stucco veneer, along with a storefront glazing system resting on a slab on grad foundation.
Farmers Market Shed
This project was constructed in the occupied area of the downtown farmers market. Pedestrian and vehicular traffic was closely monitored to ensure safety for all.
Ruthe Jackson Community Center
This project included a complete demolition of the interior structure that was previously a supermarket, with a build out new interior and extension.

PMC constructed a new concrete parking lot consisting of 176 spaces (four handicap) with a new pave-stone entry and turn lane.

AT&T Plaza Renovation
PMC located existing irrigation lines, removed and replaced sidewalk, provided additional fill in planter wall, provided waterproof membrane, and installed a skylight.

This design/build project resulted in the construction of a two-story office building that provides office space, conference rooms, and a kitchen area for occupants.
