The construction of a new concrete parking lot consisted of 176 spaces and four handicap spaces with a new pave stone entry and turn lane. It also included miscellaneous site demolition, grading, water utilities, landscape and irrigation, and the installation of approximately 580 linear feet of 6E6 ductbank with three four-way manholes.
