This design/build project resulted in the construction of a two-story office building that provides office space, conference rooms, and kitchen area for occupants. Contract Manager Chris Escobedo, who holds a Masters in architecture from the University of California at Berkeley, designed the building to encompass and reflect the cultural uniqueness of the Hispanic community.
