This ground-up project included a combination of a police station, fire station, and administration offices for the City of Lancaster. The building covered 50,000 square feet and has a 50-foot roof extension that is a double cantilever that extends over a recessed volume along the sidewalk. The unique design has made this structure standout among other municipal buildings.
