This project consisted of construction of a new civil engineering laboratory building, which will accommodate teaching and research labs and lab support spaces for Civil and Environmental Engineering. The new building is a one-story, pre-engineered steel frame, metal building of approximately 26,500 gross square feet. Scope included building, material storage bins, utilities, site work, landscaping, irrigation, MEP, fire protection, casework, finishes, special systems, and other work as required.
