UTA Life Safety Upgrades & Improvements

This project included construction of two additions to the existing Texas Hall structure; construction of new exterior ramps; removal of trees and shrubs as they may occur; and removal and replacement of guard rails and handrails shown for the upper terrace, bridge and stairs between Texas Hall and Davis Hall. It involved internal remodeling to include partitions, doors and frames, wall decoration, floor coverings, and acoustical ceilings. PMC also provided interior demolition; debris removal; and related work to construct new restrooms, internal ramps, and stairs as shown on the drawings; new interior concrete and masonry work; revisions to mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems; and rough-in conduit and boxes for the installation of fire signal and data transmission devices.
