This project included complete interior refurbishment of this historical building. The work included construction of an elevator room and considerable concrete vertical work in the basement area. All wooden windows were refurbished, a new building entrance was provided, and substantial masonry was required. Interior work included refurbishment of a custom wooden entry stairway and complete finish out of three floors.
