The Phillips/May Corporation, a minority general construction company, was formed in 1990 based on traditional construction values. Its two principals, Gilbert May and Gil Phillips have dedicated their entire professional careers to the construction industry. Formed to provide interior finish-out services, the company has evolved into a full service general construction firm.
