Job Order Contracting

The contract is tailored to meet the needs of DISD on a flexible basis to supplement the Facilities Department work effort. Special needs are addressed for code compliance, ADA issues, scope gaps and projects that need immediate attention with no time to schedule into the normal Facilities Schedule. Some of the projects accomplished included updating/replacement of 100 plus kitchen fire suppression systems, auditorium audio systems improvements/replacements, new sport fields for soccer and baseball, class room audio/visual upgrades, boiler replacements, mechanical and electrical modifications to accommodate class room computers, drainage and water proofing projects.
