Job Order Contracting

This contract offers indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity minor construction, renovations, repairs, and alteration services to public and private schools, colleges, universities, cities, counties, and other governmental entities that have or will execute an interlocal agreement with TCPN. This contract allows Phillips/May to provide construction services to various entities throughout the North Texas region on an as-needed basis.
