DISD projects BP13A and BP13C were essentially renovations for upgrades of ADA, fire safety, critical MEP, technology, and two new building additions. PMC constructed one 6,616-square-foot building consisting of new classrooms and restrooms and one 700-square-foot two-story elevator and lobby. Total construction value of both packages was approximately $6,723,000.
