Presently, Phillips/May is under contract with the Dallas Independent School District to provide JOC construction services. Due to some extreme conditions, Phillips/May was contracted to provide a CM at Risk Services for the renovation of a nine-school package titled BP-80. This project included contracting engineering services, establishing budgets, and performing the work.
