Design Build

Job Order Contracting
Phillips/May Corporation offers a project team that’s uniquely qualified to provide construction management, including job order contracting (JOC) with a background in design constructability. Our experience includes working on the Dallas Independent School District (DISD) JOC Program and finishing many of the smaller projects required to finalize the DISD Capital Bond Program.
