Facilities at Monroe Shops
DART selected to restore and remodel the historically significant Monroe Shops Building built in 1914 and repurpose it as the new headquarters of the DART Police Department.
DART Little Denton Improvements

These ground-up Transfer Stations for DART provided a much needed location for frequent users of the DART System in the area to transfer to buses traveling to their destinations.
DART Walnut Hill Parking
This project consisted of the construction of a parking area and bus lane for the Walnut Hill/Denton Station on DART’s Green Line.
DART Glen Heights Parking Lot
This project entailed the construction of an additional 200 parking spaces to function as overflow parking at the DART Glenn Heights Station.
DART Dilido and Senate Street Paving
Project consisted of the construction of a new parking lot, demolition and repaving of an existing parking area for DART buses at the Paratransit facilities.
