These ground-up Transfer Stations for DART provided a much needed location for frequent users of the DART System in the area to transfer to buses traveling to their destinations. The project included the complete range of contracting services from civil to interior finish out. Structural erection of the building frame encompassed a standing seam barrel vault roof system. Interior finishing included storefront glass, interior restrooms, workspace for an attendant and passenger waiting on the interior and the exterior colonnade. Complete mechanical and electrical systems were provided as well as paving for both vehicular and pedestrian traffic and complete irrigated landscaping.
